Paris by the sea ?


Seagulls resting on the grass of the "Tuileries garden" near the Louvre museum. Looks like the prefer Paris to the sea.

    We live about 50 miles from the Pacific Ocean and I always wonder about the seagulls that show up here, if they lost their way back to the sea.

    The nearest sea for us is at about 200 km ... I guess they just prefer our parks and gardens and the beauty of Paris
