I'm with you. Here in Estonia they sell packages of Glöggi (hot mulled wine) spice. Everyone makes their own, often spiking it with vodka.
Yes, at 5,80 a glass this not-so-rich tourist would have to pass as well!
I knew immediatley where that was. We had vin blanc there a few times. Our friend Peter introduced us to the nice hot wine as well. VPS My word ver. is RESERV! Can't afford that! ha
I was one of the tourists sitting outside freezing in December drinking the Vin Chaud.. I accompanied it with raspberry sorbet.. it was so good.. and since I paid in euros it wasn't real money.. :=)
Euro's not real money - huh! Tell that to those of us who have to use it all the time.
