The Pont de Bercy links the left bank to the right bank in south east of Paris. The big building in the background is the French Ministry of Economy and Finances.
Estonian folk lore says that when you walk across a new bridge, one you've never been across before, you can make a wish. The catch is you cannot cross immediately back on the same bridge or the wish will be can celled.
