This private lane in the 15th arrondissement (you can see the Tour Montparnasse in the far background) is called Square du Croizic. A very quite lane with splendid Haussman type buildings. Average price to buy an apartment here is 8500 euros per square meter. Definitely not for me !
Wow what a price! Definitely not for me. I did stay in this type of building on my last trip, but it was free, as looking after friends cats!!

Location, location, location! And it does look like a very QUIET lane with magnificent architecture! I wish we could take a look inside one of those apartments!
