Airport day today. I went to Budapest for a business meeting so today's photo is a view of the new Air France Terminal E at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. Very nice with a mix of glass and wood.

we didn't fly Air France this trip but wish we had. THis is pretty glitzy. My fav at CDG is the wonderful wooden slat ceiling. Would you show us that one day?

Virginia, I see the woden ceiling you're talking about. I will try to take a picture of it next time I'm there.
Very futuristic. Reminds me of the old cartoon "The Jetsons". At first I thought the red stripes on the carpet were shadows from the skylights in the ceiling. They maybe wanted us to think that for when it's not a sunny day.
