I'll take a guess and say it's Heurtier on the corner of rue de la Verrerie and rue du Bourg Tibourg in the 4th arrondissement.

Hi Laurent, Sometimes when I'm bored I look for clues in photos then use Google map to find the locations. (Maybe it will become a new type of online puzzle game):-)
In February I was in paris and happened to notice pizza San Antonio if you look closely you can see the sign in your photo then It was easy to find the boulangerie across the street.
The magnolia photo was to hard to tell. I guessed somewhere around the cour saint Eloi, rue de Reuilly, Blvd Diderot triangle in the 12th arrondissement.

Talking about the San Antonio pizza place I quite often go there.
For th magnolia it's where I live but you won't find a picture of this on google map because it's in the back on th building.
