It is a nice idea. I notice many businesses locally provide a water dish for dogs who are taking their masters for a walk.

Nice. I saw a lot of this in Denmark, too. Good that someone thinks of the poor little dogs.

yes I think it's so charming and the way it SHOULD be everywhere!When out & about you can decide on the spur of the moment to go into a bar or cafe for refreshments WITH your dog rather than having to leave him home first or go without!
