Theme day : Time

To celebrate the month theme day which is Time I present the Orsay Museum clock. This museum is a former railway station that is why you can see inscriptions "Paris - Orléans" as the trains from there where going to this city in the center of France.

One surely could get lost in time while looking at this great clock - missing the train. Please have a good new month.

Fine photo! I'm lucky enough to have visited this museum when I was in Paris with students back in the late '90s--I used to be a high school librarian. Thanks for reviving the memories.

Great shot, Laurent, and I am wondering where you were when you captured this detail... love the "minute marks" around the face of the clock in this old train station.

Parfait. I almost posted my shot of this famous clock from inside but everyone on the planet has taken that shot. I have never noticed how beautiful this clock is from the outside. Love the details.
