Paris, New York
Statue of Liberty in Paris is near the Grenelle Bridge on the Île des Cygnes , an island in the river Seine. Dedicated in 1889, it looks towards the Atlantic Ocean and hence towards its "larger sister" in New York Harbor, which had been erected three years earlier.
Libellés :
16ème,
Eiffel Tower,
Seine,
Statues

I like how you captured "La Tour" in the background. I missed this when I was there so now will definitely put it on my list for next time.
Laurent, I love how you set up this photo. I have virtually 'walked' this island from one end to the other on orange.fr. Hopefully someday I will get to do it in person. And I understand there is another? In Jardin du Luxembourg?
Oh what a wonderful photo. Perfectly framed- my two favorite things... the Statue of Liberty for my country and la tour for my favorite city to visit. Merci beaucoup!!!! Wonderful!
