Rue Crémieux

I discovered that little street yesterday evening and wanted to share with you. It's located near the Gare de Lyon railway station in the 12th arrondissement. A very nice calm, colorfull and green street with kids playing football. You almost feel like you're in a small country town though you're so close from the busy streets leading to railway station.

wow, wow and wow. How long have you been living there to find a secret street?

Sure seems like the residents have a love and concern for their neighborhood.

Is Paris that big? :).
It reminds me of my home country where all streets are almost occupied by kids playing games.

Great pic, Laurent! Paris toujours nous surpris avec l'insolite!

Here in Rio we have some streets like this. In the middle of the rush, some peaceful and calm places to play football or to sit at the afternoon.

Wonderful post.

Look at all the plants. How common is that in Paris? A great discovery.

It seems like everybody on that street are in sync. Hopefully they all know each others and have block parties. Lovely!

It happens in small town, I can easily imagine it in Paris. And when you find these hidden gems it's really a good thing. Nice catch!
