AHA! I have a shot looking out between the columns and couldn't figure out what the domed building was in the center. I had to call Peter in on that one. Maybe I'll run it soon. You and I are back on the same track Laurent! :)
I loved the Petit Palais. Went to a fascinating photography exhibit there last November. I don't think a lot of tourists visit it but it's just lovely. I like the composition of your photo a lot. It was raining the day we were there (quelle surprise) so I didn't venture out. V
I love the Petit Palais. My husband and I enjoyed a delightful lunch there...so nice to be able to sit outside and view the garden. This photo certainly brings back that memory. We were there for the Sargent exhibit in 2007.
Paris is my city and since taking pictures and sharing them is something I like, here are daily pictures of the city of lights which I hope you will enjoy.
Do not hesitate to comment and/or ask questions about the pictures and life in Paris. I'll be happy to answer.

I like how the simple columns contrast with the ornate reliefs. Beautiful!
