The rue Stendhal, named after the French author, ends with steps when approaching the Eglise de Charonne. A very typical 20th arrondissement scenery, within a walking distance from home.

I 've learned that what Parisians call "a walking distance" and what I call a walking distance are two different things! This is lovey with the yellow leaves Laurent.
