Saint Eustache church was built between 1532 and 1640. It is located in the center of Paris near "Les Halles".

Beautiful! It's interesting how these churches can be so different and all so similar as well. I love the varieties of Gothic. You're so lucky to have them. I feel luck to have been able to visit them!
Now that is truly a heavenly vault! Fantastic! (And I want to know how they clean it!)

It's amazing how high they built these temples in the 16th century! It somehow reminds me of the ceilings of Jeronimus Church I previously posted.
Beautiful! I've come to the conclusion that it is not possible to "see it all" no matter how many times one visits Paris. There's always something left to see for the "next visit."

Pronunciation question: do you say a "z sound" between the les and halles? Merci.
Harriet, you would pronounce Les and Halles with no Z in between.
This is a beautiful church. The priest was holding a service here when Peter and visited late on a Saturday afternoon. I'm so glad I got to visit here.
