Palais Royal
In the courtyard of the Palais Royal these black and white columns are a scultpure by an artist called "Buren" created in 1986. They have been restored and reopenned to public last month. I like them with the snow.

Ah !
Les travaux sont enfin terminés !
C'est tout de même plus beaux qu'avec les palissafes.
Fantastic! I really like this:)
oui, c'est vrai! sont tres jolies avec la nue!
I love the repetition of "all the columns" caught in your photo.
Were you and Eric out making photos together? He showed this sculpture a day or so ago. Nice in the snow!!
I commented on Eric's blog too. (I thought they were Christmas decorations being packed away). I generally love old and new together, but I am not sure about this columns. I will have to check them out next time I am in Paris.
The snow certainly changes the look. I like it, too. Woderful photo.
The snow adds something to these columns. A really nice photo.
Yes I know, Eric, Virginia and I all went to the Palais Royal ! I honestly did not know before posting my picture !
I can't believe that yo and Eric T.had such similar photos so close together. I love these columns. They are so artistic.
Love the shot. The modern against the classical and under snow. Fabulous!
