Aligot over liver, always!
(I am sure a lot of your regulars don't know what aligot is).
I love liver, but I'll take the aligot—potatoes and cheese: miam, the two major food groups!

Any cheese dish will always get my vote.
OK I flew right to GOogle Translator and aligot got no translation. Foie de veau I know and I'll pass svp. Now is Aligot some potatoe cheesy thing? Sign me up!!!
