Shakespeare and Company bookshop

Ideally located on the Seine River bank in front of Notre Dame, this tiny shop is Paris' most famous English speaking bookshop. You can read more about this shop history on Wikipedia (clik here).

This is an interesting bookshop, well-known, and thankfully not changed over the years. This shot holds my attention as I keep discovering the details you have captured.

everybody is right, it's a MUST SEE place and the choice is simply overwhelming.... it's ALWAYS crowded, always fun, always surprising and the people you meet there are fantastic. One of the best PARIS places for tourists, strangers, visitors and Parisians alike. Thank you for this lovely indoor photo, excellent HDR treatment, you can see the dust... :)
