She's back !
The giant wheel on the Place de la Concorde is back for the holiday period and so is the Christmas market on the Champs Elysées. I saw the wheel yesterday night for the first time this year and wanted to share it with with this picture mixing the Concorde Obelisk and the wheel. I will certainly have the opportunity to show you more since it's only the beginning of the period. Have a great Sunday (which will be a rain day in Paris) !

Hi Laurent! Love the photos :-D
I wanted to invite you to my new Meet Up group called Paris If You Please and couldn't find an e-mail address for you anywhere - check it out and let's... Meet Up (if you please :-)!
Oh my! Your photo is stunning with the close detail of the Obelisque framing the giant wheel. I am so excited that I will be there shortly. Each season shows another side of Paris' beauty... winter is no exception! Merci, Laurent, and congrats on this great shot!

Ah, so she is ----I have had the pleasure. Enjoy the season :)
The wheel has become something of a Parisian landmark of its own.
Oh here we go again. I have almost this shot that I posted long ago. I might have to dig it up and show it again with a link to yours. I think yours is much better though. You have a closer view.
Spectacular shot.
