Sunday bridge : les bouquinistes
This bookshop on the river bank near the Pont Neuf (Paris'oldest bridge though the name means "New bridge") is called "Bouquiniste". You can find all sorts of books their. See one of my old post about the Bouquinistes (click here).
To see all participant in Sunday Brige theme see San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.

Laurent, interesting shot with much to examine: les bouquinistes, the richly colored books and wares, the Seine, Pont Neuf, the little blue car under the bridge, the sailing boat. Your photo just transports me there again....
Merci!

This is so cool I would love to shop there. Wonderful photo!
Lovely shot ~ what a wealth of books these bouquinists accumulate and I am trying to read the title of the large book on the wall. oh! and hadn't noticed that petite blue car under the bridge ~ however did it get there??

Already thought that this was a Seine bridge, but went to your other post to make sure:)
Such an exciting place.
Have a nice sunday.
Berit.
Unless they interact with the tourists, it has to be a very boring way to make a living.
what a peaceful sunny Sunday
great piece of Paris on your blog
as if the view wasn't enough, there are books to browse through!
Not many of them seem to like to chat. I"ve had a few glare at me for taking photos. This guy says it all!
I got some nice prints there in June for a steal!
