Air Métro


Paris Metro is mostly underground but when it goes outside it's always on these beautiful constructions.

Very nice photo and an interesting fact to know about the Metro...I had no idea until now that they were ever outside...

Being above ground (for a while) is reason number one why I love Ligne 6.

I'll have to admit Laurent, that I've not ever noticed these. Maybe I've just never been down below them. THey are lovely!

Such classical columns for a railway! Somehow gives the railway a sense of arty dignity!
