Art in La Défense
The financial district of La Défense offers a lot of modern art like here in this water pond called "le bassin Takis". The area of la Défense holds more than 60 pieces of modern art making it one of the biggest open air modern art museum in the world.
If you click on the picture you can see the Arc of Triumph at the bottom of the Champs Elysées in the far away background right in the center.

This is one of my favorite places to visit on my stay in Paris. Lining up the Arc de Triumph and Place de la Concorde and the Grand Arche is so cool! This is a great shot Laurent.
Fantastico!
Next time I'm in Paris I want to make a point of visiting this area! I have always been curious about the areaa.
My wife and I love visiting this spot when in Paris. Looking forward to our next visit this Sept. Thanks for the reminder Laurent.
I´m a big fan of art in public space and I think especially La Défense is a good place for modern sculptures.
