Les Invalides

This view of the Dome des Invalides is taken from the avenue de Breteuil. The Invalides is a museum of army and the place where the tomb of Napoleon lies. The roof is covered with gold. I will post a close up tomorrow.

This is a great shot of a beautiful building. I love how you can see that dome from various places in the city.

Oh I just love this place, I was lucky enough to be staying a few minutes from there, and every time I walked to my metro station, I just looked to left or right, depends if going out or coming home and there it was!!
