Paris' flat iron
Some of you may know the famous New York flat iron building, I thought that nice Parisian building had a quite similar look. It's located on the corner of the rue Arsene Houssaye and the Avenue Friedland in the expensive are of the 8th arrondissement.

I love the fancy iron work balconies. Le détail au français fait la différence!
Quite a beautiful piece of EXPENSIVE real estate! Fantastic architectural details!
Bon weekend, Laurent
Ahem...I wonder if anyone knows that Toronto's Flatiron building preceded that of New York...

I daresay that all the "new world" buildings were based on the buildings in Europe.
