A sunny day in Paris

Now that the canal week is over, let's go back to the center of the city and enjoy a drink on the Rue des barres cafés and restaurants.

I love the Rue des Barres, but I never took a break in one of the cafés. Shame on me!

I am not sure that I have been on this small street, and just look at what I have missed!

This is a great scene of Parisians enjoying a sunny afternoon in cafés!

I had lunch in that very square- a beautiful spot, and the monastery behind is astonishing, very worth a little visit.

Laurent, remind me of the name of that church. I have been inside several times. Also, around the corner from the blue cafe, is the cute little place with the painted car outside, n'est-ce pas? :)

I would love to enjoy a drink in a cafe on the Rue des barres, especially the blue with hanging teapot one.

Somehow I missed this photo the other day when I was 'catching up'. How delightful. I would love to have lunch at one of these cafes one day.
